We are located at Mile 17 Business Park Muea, opposite the petrol station, we on the first floor. Njei Forbie Bakery is to our left side when you are coming from Buea.
What is the store opening hours?
Tuesdays – Saturdays 9:00am – 5pm
How do I give feedback?
If you would like to contact Modern Dude regarding a compliment, complaint or to give us feedback please use our Contact us page for details. To leave feedback on a specific product you will need to ‘review’ this product. You can do this by searching for the product online and click onto write a review on the product description page. This will take you to a new page where you can add your feedback on a product for other customers to read.
Is the Modern Dude website secure?
All of our pages that deal with your personal or payment information are HTTPS secured so your data will be safe. Some of our other pages are in the process of being moved from the HTTP to the HTTPS platform. As a result, you may see parts of our website flagged as unsecured, these pages don’t handle your personal data and won’t compromise your shopping experience.

Receiving a delivery
What are my shipping options?
There are 3 options available to get your purchase to you.
Can I return a skin care product after I have opened and used it?
Unfortunately, you cannot return open and or partially used items for hygienic purposes.
Can I return a skin product if it has not been open?
Certainly, this must be done within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Your refund will be issued based on the same method of payment (charges apply on all transaction via mobile money platform)
How long will my delivery take?
Why has my order not arrived yet?
If your order has not arrived on the specified delivery date, you will need to check with the carrier to see if there have been any issues, but please allow 48 hours not including Sunday from your delivery date for the parcel(s) to arrive. If your order is delayed from the store, you will be contacted by our Customer Care team to advise you of any issues we have with your parcel.
What do I do if the item is not the one, I ordered?
If you have received the incorrect item in your order, please contact us on the same day so that we can investigate the matter via the contact us page link below or call us. You will need to return the item to us unopen or used for a refund within 72 hours. Refund will only be processed upon receipt of the products in satisfactory condition as they were sent out.
If the goods are being returned via a courier service, it is the responsibility of the customer to get the product to Modern Dude store. All returns are evaluated before being processed.
There are 3 options available to get your purchase to you.
- Collect at the store.
- Door to door courier service with Swift (1000frs)
- Collect at a designated location at the local bus station in the town you live in (1000frs)
Can I return a skin care product after I have opened and used it?

How long will my delivery take?
- Delivery address is Buea! All orders placed before 3:30pm will be delivered on the same day, orders placed after this time are likely to be delivered the next day.
- Delivery address outside of Buea? Please allow 24 – 48 hours to receive your order: this allies to both door-to-door services and bus pick-up station pickup services.
